クラシックなベルギーのランビックビールからヒントを得た「ビューティフィケーション」は、ほぼ間違いなくいつだって最高のアメリカンサワービールであろう。2006年に登場したこのビールは、10年前にサンタローザでブリュワリー限定販売されていたのが最後だ。ロシアンリバーから今月発売された分は、自然発酵させ地元のワイナリーのワイン樽で熟成させたもの。375mlコルクボトル入り。ABV 6%。
