新商品バレルエイジド・インペリアルスタウトで基本に戻る姿勢を示したサイドプロジェクトブリューイング。製造過程においてもっとも重要な3つの要素、醸造されるビール、ビールが熟成される樽そしてその樽で熟成する時間に重きを置いて作られたビールである。熟成庫で50以上のテイスティングをし、このブレンドにたどり着いた。ウィレットとヘブンヒルバレルを使用し熟成させ、ABV15%のビールに仕上げた。
