一目で80年代が好きだと分かるテマスカル・ブリューイングのラベル。そこにさらにその影響を詰め込んだのが「プッシュポップIPA」である。昔なつかしいアイスクリーム屋にあったあのフレーバーを再現し、ラクトースとバニラビーンズ、シトラスの皮のすりおろしと桃のピューレ、サザンパッションとモトゥエカホップで作った夏らしいビールだ。
