Jypsi Gibson Tonewood Whiskey
Whiskey barrels have found second lives as guitars for years. Whiskey JYPSI teams up with Gibson to reverse the process, finishing their new Tonewood Whiskey with toasted maple cutoffs from Gibson's guitar factory. This limited release leads with Vol. 1, a 109-proof blend of 20-year-old bourbon and 14-year-old whiskey with the added maple cutoffs for notes of vanilla, spice, honey, and roasted nuts. Closing the show is The Collective, a lighter 103-proof whiskey using the same maple with vanilla, graham cracker, and smoky notes. JYPSI's Tonewood Whiskey complements the release of Eric Church's new Epiphone Hummingbird Dark signature guitar showcasing what Nashville does best.
