KiraVan
It's not the type of vehicle you'd drive to the mall, but if you're planning a multi-day adventure in the far reaches of the wilderness, the KiraVan is just what you're looking for. This modified Unimog is powered by a Mercedes-made 6-cylinder turbo diesel engine cranking out 260hp and 700ft-lb of torque, and its stretched frame makes room for a four-door cabin — more like a cockpit, really, thanks to its eleven display screens — and an articulating fifth-wheel trailer hitch. Speaking of the trailer, it works in conjunction with the tractor to offer 6-wheel drive at speeds up to 25mph, is fully capable of operating as a standalone base station, and features up to 3 sleeping areas, a full kitchen, a server-based media library, two computers with Internet connection, satellite HDTV, and even a 4K monitor. In other words, it's perfect for video shoots, research teams, or just a really posh camping trip.
