Leica's Red Dot is iconic. It also draws attention, which can be undesirable when trying to casually snap shots. The M10-R Black Edition does away with it, leaving a nondescript facade. Its glossy black finish isn't as subtle as a matte option, but is otherwise low-key, with a silver chrome finish on the release button and signature knurling on the ISO and shutter speed dials, while the top cap sports white "Ernst Leitz Wetzlar" engraving. Otherwise, it's the same as the standard M10-R, with a 40-megapixel full-frame sensor, ISO range of 100-50,000, and silent mechanical shutter. Limited to 2,000 examples worldwide.
