Lotus Type 136 E-Bike
Lotus is no stranger to bicycles. In 1992, the Type 108 stunned the cycling world with its aerodynamic monocoque construction when Chris Boardman won gold in the 4000m pursuit at the Barcelona Olympics. Following in the Type 108's footsteps is the Type 136, a carbon fiber-framed e-bike that follows Lotus' ethos of lightness. Weighing in at just over 21 pounds, the Type 136 is powered by a Watt Assist Pro Motor from HPS, the lightest unit available. The battery is disguised as a water bottle, with an aerodynamically sculpted frame and Bora Ultra WTO wheels. The Type 136 First Edition comes in the iconic John Player Special black and gold livery and is limited to 136 units.
