McLaren's latest hypercar is a 15-unit limited edition designed exclusively for the United States — and they're all spoken for. The Sabre is the most powerful non-hybrid car ever from McLaren, with a twin-turbo V8 making 824 horsepower and 504 lb-ft of torque. No acceleration figures were made public, but McLaren does claim a top speed of 218 MPH. The Sabre is based on the Senna's carbon fiber monocoque with revised aerodynamics that makes the higher top speed possible. Clients were able to drive the Saber around Thermal Club's private racetrack in California, along with giving feedback and tailoring their car to their liking directly with McLaren via video conference.
