Mercedes-AMG Vision AMG EV Concept

Mercedes-AMG is marking a pivotal moment for the company with the VisionAMG concept, a car that's designed to show what the all-electric future of the brand will look like. The Vision AMG's design uses an almost Porsche-like headlamp treatment and long, low lines that lead to power bulges over the rear fenders. At the rear, an LED strip and six taillights mimic exhaust outlets in the diffuser, an anachronistic nod to the first 120 years of the automobile. The four-door sedan's windows are painted over, with no explanation provided as to how passengers would be able to view the passing scenery. No performance figures were given, although Mercedes says the car rides on an all-new platform and is powered by its Axial Flux electric motors currently used on the EQXX.
