Mercedes-Benz C-Class Electric
The C-Class is Mercedes' best-selling sedan, and the 2027 edition goes fully electric for the first time. The C 400 4MATIC Electric produces 482 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque from dual motors, hitting 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. An 800-volt architecture and 94 kWh battery deliver up to 473 miles of range, and 10 minutes on a 330 kW fast charger adds roughly 200 miles. The coupe-like silhouette cuts a drag coefficient of 0.22, and the optional grille lights up with 1,050 individual points. The wheelbase stretches to 116.6 inches, 3.8 inches longer than the gas model, which opens up the cabin considerably. Inside, an optional 39.1-inch MBUX Hyperscreen spans the full dashboard width, AIRMATIC air suspension and 4.5-degree rear-axle steering promise S-Class ride comfort, and the high-end front seats come with massage functionality. The optional SKY CONTROL roof illuminates 162 individual stars overhead. Available first half of 2027.
