Michael Jordan 1998 NBA Finals Game 3 Jersey
Michael Jordan wore this jersey on June 7, 1998, during Game 3 of the NBA Finals against the Utah Jazz, a 96-54 Bulls win that still stands as the lowest-scoring team performance in Finals history. Jordan played all but five minutes, finishing with 24 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals, and a block, pushing Chicago ahead 2-1 in a series that had been tied after the first two games in Utah. It marked a turning point on the way to the Bulls' sixth and final championship of the Jordan era. Only four game-winning jerseys survive from that 1998 Finals run, one from each Bulls victory, and this is the only publicly known white one. Two of the remaining three sit in private collections, unlikely to reach auction again. The jersey carries a MeiGray photo-match certificate and a provenance letter from former Bulls equipment manager Bill Thoma.
