Milk Bar already offers delicious holiday treats, we're talking Peppermint Bark Cake, Holliday Truffles, and Peppermint Pretzel Snaps, along with their cult pies and cookies. But for 2021, Christina Tosi's New York bakery kicked up the innovation with its Holiday Lab. For over five weeks, the team dropped a series of experiment treats, including the Thanksgiving Croissant, Cinnaswirl Pie, a brittle/cookie hybrid the Crackle, and for the grand finale, the Candy Cane Cornflake Ice Cream Cake. The brand's first-ever ice cream cake layers limited-edition ice cream with chocolate chip cake, cornflake frosting, and a cornflake crumb. Like with all the other Holiday Lab Drops, quantities are super limited.
