Moliving Nomadic Hotel

A hotel concept that is sustainable, luxurious, and can be up and running in a matter of months is every hotelier's dream. Moliving makes it a reality. The nomadic hospitality solution streamlines the process to offer landowners and developers durable, prefabricated pods in a fraction of the time. Each unit is 400-square-foot and consists of a bedroom, bathroom, living space, and front and rear outdoor terraces. They come fully furnished with a sleek, minimalist aesthetic and are equipped for off-grid living, while their modular design allows the cabins to come and go with little disruption to the existing landscape. The first resort to feature Moliving units will be Hurley House in New York's Hudson Valley, opening in Spring 2022.
