Housed in a 17th-century monastery, the Monastero Arx Vivendi is a blissful refuge on the shore of Italy's Lake Garda. The ancient property has been thoughtfully resorted by noa* architecture, preserving its historic charm while converting it into a modern wellness retreat. Common spaces are defined by original arched ceilings and exposed wood beams, and its 40 guests rooms now occupy the former nun's quarters.
