Skiing isn't the only thing on the agenda at the Monitor's Rest. This Park City estate is full of activities to distract you from the rest of 2020. Situated on 5 acres at the base of Monitor Bowl, the sprawling ski-in, ski-out retreat welcomes you with a heated driveway and motor court with parking for 20 cars. Once inside, its 18,500-square-foot interior offers all of the luxury and amenities of a world-class resort. Living spaces are fitting with Italian steel windows and doors, Croatian limestone, and Shou Sugi Ban charred cypress and include seven bedrooms, an attached guest house, and a bunkroom with eight queen beds. As far as entertainment goes, the main level club room boasts billiards and ping pong tables, and a full bar while the indoor sports court houses a bowling alley, golf simulator, and climbing wall. There's also a full wellness spa with an indoor-outdoor pool, infrared sauna, and a Himalayan salt cave along with a DARWIN Home Wellness Intelligence Network with the ability to regulate lighting, monitor air quality, and filter water for improved health. And yes, you can also ski. There's a ski locker to store all of your gear and head right out to the trails that connect to the Quicksilver Gondola for a ride to Park City Mountain.
