Volkswagen's logo has changed very little over the years, with the VW inside a circle motif dating all the way back to 1939. That makes dating this vintage keychain a little tough. Given the thin nature of the lettering, it's most likely from 1960-1978. Sourced from France, it's made from metal, with an almost carabiner-style clasp and thick metal chain, and shows wear are patina commensurate with its age.
