Muhammad Ali Art Collection

Between heavyweight matches, Muhammad Ali would spend his time outside the ring drawing and painting — a passion he developed from his father and painter Cassius Clay senior. In a rare event, a selection of the icon's artwork will be featured in an auction by Bonhams. The "TCM Presents ... It's a Knockout!" sale includes 24-pieces created by the boxer from the personal collection of friend and the author of Muhammad Ali: The Untold Story: Painter, Poet & Prophet Rodney Hilton Brown. Items include pieces inspired by Ali's career and his activism, along with collaborations with his father. The auction will take place on October 5, 2021.
