Inspired by WNBA MVP Elena Delle Donne and her sister, who lives with disabilities, the UNVRS shoe is the first from Nike to be built with their FlyEase system from the ground up. The system provides the wearer with easy entry and exit so they can be slipped on and off hands-free. It also features a magnetized heel that folds down and connects to the midsole and an articulated strap that triggers Flywire cables for a customized, secure fit. The upper is made from the same durable Flyknit as the Alphadunk, and Air Zoom cushioning helps provide comfort and responsiveness. The Air Zoom UNVRS is scheduled for release this November.
