Nike introduces a sustainable sequel to its 2018 running shoe with the Pegasus Turbo Next Nature. The performance sneaker reboots the original silhouette with an environmentally-friendly construction, resulting in at least 50 percent recycled material by weight. Its breathable upper is made from 100 percent recycled Flyknit yarns produced by combining scrap yarn with recycled water bottle chips, creating a strong yet lightweight comfort that can withstand miles on the pavement. The yarn is dyed using a dyeing process that saves 70 liters of water for every kilogram of yarn produced, while a midsole made with at least 55 percent ZoomX foam scrap offers secure cushioning underfoot. The Nike Pegasus Turbo Next Nature Running Shoes will be available this summer.
