The sheer number of variables that go into a shot of espresso — roast, grind, temperature, pressure, etc — can make pulling a perfect cup at home a chore. The Nunc coffee machine connects the grinder and machine with AI to make barista-quality results as simple as a few swipes. Order beans from Nunc, and they arrive ready to slide into the SmartHopper, which sits atop the grinder and allows it to recognize the roast inside and adjust the settings accordingly. Simply remove the Portafilter from the grinder, tamp the espresso, and insert it into the brewing machine. A screen on top allows for adjustment of the recipe for personal preference, and while it's brewing, the steam wand adjusts for the preferred type of milk, resulting in rich, café-quality results in every glass.
