That producer is Maria Bercelia, an industry legend who became known as one of the best producers on earth due to her meticulous attention to detail and impeccable harvests each year. The beans are roasted at Parlor headquarters in Brooklyn, New York and are marked with notes of honey, caramel, cocoa, and stone fruit.
