The African country of Rwanda is well known for high-quality, high-altitude coffees that are sweet, complex, and delicious. This offering from Los Angeles-based Coffee Manufactory is named Mushaka after the washing station in Rwanda where the beans are sorted, soaked twice, washed, and dried on raised African style beds for 15-22 days. The end result of the light roast coffee is a layered cup with notes of lemon, strawberry, and a sweet Rainer cherry finish.
