PT's Sudan Rume Natural Coffee

Based in Topeka, Kansas, PT's has been one of the best sources for high-quality coffee for more than 25 years, and these rare beans are one of their highest rated to date. Found in the country of Sudan near the Ethiopian border, the beans are a very old variety of Arabica originally selected from wild trees growing on the Boma Plateau. The harvest is incredibly small for each batch, hand-picked at peak ripeness and pre-fermented in-cherry for 8 hours. La Esperanza in Colombia produced this special release, and the exceptional beans are packaged in 8-ounce Blue Label packaging and roasted on Tuesdays only.
