Partners Chiroso Coffee

Since 2012, Brooklyn-based Partners Coffee Roasters has been committed to sourcing and roasting top quality coffee from around the globe. Their Chiroso beans are some of the most impressive, found in the town of Urrao in Columbia. The plants themselves are a natural mutation of old-growth caturra, and the seeds have an uncommon football shape. Three producers around Urrao cultivate this coffee, which are combined under one brand name and roasted individually in sequence. The current offering is the Aidé blend, a tropical fruit forward coffee named for producer Aidé Garro.
