Paul Walker's 1973 Porsche 911 Carrera RS

Paul Walker was a massive fan of Germany's finest sports cars — those rear-engined machines from Stuttgart, Porsche. The jewel in Walker's collection might have been this mint 1973 911 Carrera RS, the road-going cousin to Porsche's racing 911s. The RS models were stripped of everything not needed to operate the vehicle, along with thinner body panels and glass. Power comes from a 2.7-liter air-cooled flat-six, making 215 horsepower, mated to a five-speed transaxle. The car is painted yellow with classic Carrera graphics and Fuchs wheels. The 1,580 911 Carrera RS 2.7s produced rank as some of the most desirable cars Porsche has made, so expect a hefty premium when the car goes to auction at Mecum's Monterey event in late August 2022.
