PXG 0211 Irons
PXG's 0311 Gen2 irons are outstanding. They're also quite expensive. In an effort to bring their technology to more golfers, PXG created the 0211. It swaps the forged body of the 0311 for an investment cast stainless steel head but retains some of the Gen2's key technologies. Those include an HT1770 Maraging Steel face that's just 1.5mm thick, hollow construction with a COR2 polymer fill for consistency, accuracy, and feel, and an internal face perimeter cut-out design that creates a 15% larger functional face area. The result is a club that blows away the original 0311 (and many other forged irons), all at a price that's roughly half of its more expensive sibling.
