Ringbrothers Paramount 1961 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II
A vintage Rolls-Royce wouldn't be the first pick for an all-encompassing restomod, but Ringbrothers isn't your usual builder. In 1961, the Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II was the pinnacle of luxury, but under the hood of this seemingly stock Silver Cloud is a 6.2-liter LT4 V8 mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission. Gone is the 60-plus-year-old chassis, replaced by a modern custom unit built by Roadster Shop with boxed frame rails, Fox RS SV coilovers, Roadster Shop Ride Line front suspension, and four-bar rear suspension. EVOD Industries created custom wheels that mimic the originals wrapped with modern Falken rubber. Inside, the brandy-and-cigars feel of the original is intact, with billet switchgear, modern HVAC and entertainment systems, and even a custom Starlight headliner — just like a new Rolls-Royce.
