Roland Gumpert Nathalie Coupe
Calling the Roland Gumpert Nathalie ambitious would be an understatement. The powertrain alone will be one of the most unique ever fitted to a production car — a combined 536 horsepower and 730 lb-ft of torque from a hybrid methanol fuel cell and electric motors that drive all four wheels. Range and performance specs make the Nathalie even more impressive, with a 0-60 time of 2.5 seconds, a top speed of 190 MPH, and a range of 510 miles at 75 MPH, or up to 745 miles with Eco mode activated. Add to this a carbon fiber chassis and aerospace-level aerodynamics and the Nathalie will be one of the most advanced cars to ever hit the road — albeit in extremely limited quantities. 500 will be made with production scheduled to start in 2021.
