For those that have dreamed of owning a street-legal Le Mans prototype, the Ultima RS is the perfect answer. Proving that Britan is home to some of the best sports cars in the world, Ultima has been lauded for its flyweight supercar, so they decided the best thing to do was improve it. The new Ultima RS takes the classic combination of British chassis and American engines to its highest point yet, with three Chevrolet V8 options ranging from a normally-aspirated 480 horsepower LT1 to a staggering 1,2000 horsepower supercharged LT5 — in a package that weighs just 2,050 pounds depending on options. 0-60 comes in 2.3 seconds with the LT5 with a top speed of 250-plus MPH, limited to your choice of gear and differential ratios. The exterior has been redesigned for better aerodynamics while keeping the Group C Le Mans prototype lines, and the interior can be as comfortable or as spartan as you want it — after all, the RS isn't limited to being a track-only toy.
