Superblue Aerobanquets RMX AR Dinner Experience

During Art Basel Miami, Superblue and Meta collaborate on a futuristic dining experience. The Aerobanquets RMX will take diners through a mixed-reality tasting menu that's a feast for the senses. Guest will enter a dining room designed by the artist Mattia Casalegno
and wear a Meta Quest 2 VR headset. From there, they'll be served dishes from chef Chintan Pandya while textures and flavors are rendered virtually but crafted and tasted in real life. The journey is narrated by Top Chef judge Gail Simmons with an original soundtrack by Martux_M. It'll run from November 28 to December 4, 2022, and includes five-bite day sittings and a ten-bite evening experience.
