The Weeknd's LA Penthouse

After dropping $70 million on a mansion in Bel-Air, The Weeknd has listed his LA Penthouse. The 7,950-square-foot condo residence crowns the Beverly West high-rise and has been dubbed the "Mogul." Its lavish interior includes a chef's kitchen, four bedrooms, and 8 baths, along with an entertainment bar backed by a TV wall comprised of four 65-inch screens. There's also a wine vault, and a state-of-the-art gym, while its floor-to-ceiling windows and four terraces afford views ranging from Downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean. Owners will also share the building's amenities which include a saltwater pool, helipad, and 24-hour concierge.
