To many, a Porsche 911 is a work of art. With the Whale Tail Project, Johans Lamic gives admirers a piece of the masterpiece. The series pays tribute to the iconic race car by reimagining the 930 Turbo's signature Whale Tail spoiler into an auto-inspired sculpture. The artist only uses original parts and reworks their shape with a series of paint drips in authentic Porsche colors, representing the object's aerodynamic function. The limited edition collection will include 9 series of just 11 pieces each.
