Toji Sake

Taking its name from the Japanese term for sake brewmasters, Toji uses rice from the world-renowned Niigata Prefecture and water sourced directly from the Asahi mountain ranges. The pure ingredients along with the traditional brewing techniques result in a light, crisp sake that can be enjoyed as a chilled wine or in your next cocktail. Bottled at 15% ABV in minimalist black and white packaging.
