Toyota Trail Edition Trucks & SUVs
Toyota came to the Chicago Auto Show with one thing in mind — its truck and SUV range. The company released the Trail Edition for the 4Runner, Tacoma, and Tundra, adding some upgraded offroad features to their already-capable lineup. Available in either two- or four-wheel-drive, the Trail Edition starts with the SR5 package and adds options specific to each model. The 4Runnner gets TRD wheels, a Yakima LoadWarrior rooftop cargo rack, and a custom cooler and sliding tray. The Tacoma comes with the Limited grille, Kevlar all-terrain tires, lockable bed storage with cooler, and a 115-volt outlet for power on the go. Toyota's full-size Tundra will arrive with the front end treatment of the 1794 Edition, special edition wheels, and a similar bed storage solution to the Tacoma. 7,000 Tacomas, 5,000 Tundras, and 4,000 4Runners will be available with the Trail Edition in the US.
