GMC Hummer EV Truck

GMC has taken the wraps off of its highly-anticipated Hummer EV with the four-door pickup as the launch version. The Hummer EV Edition 1 packs three electric motors making 1,000 horsepower and 11,500 lb-ft of torque, good for a three-second 0-60 time. More impressive is that the torque figure is about five times what a semi-truck makes — good news for people with things to tow — and earning it the supertruck title. It also comes with a new function called Crab Mode. Utilizing the truck's four-wheel steering, the rear wheels can turn 10-degrees and drive the vehicle diagonally at low speeds. Range is 350 miles, with an included fast charging cable that can charge 100 miles in around 10 minutes. The Edition 1 will arrive in Fall 2021, with three more models coming in Fall 2022, Spring 2023, and Fall 2024 respectively.
