L'Eaundry is like Le Labo, but built for freshening clothes instead of skin. Most fabric sprays work by masking odor with enough perfume to overpower it. L'Eaundry works by neutralizing it, using antimicrobial actives to target the bacteria that cause the smell rather than layering scent on top. Formulated in the UK by a perfumer and a PhD laundry chemist, it carries a 4 percent fine fragrance concentration, more than double what's typical for fabric sprays, built around bergamot and ozonic top notes, a heart of cotton accord, orris, and violet leaf, and a base of white musk, rosewood, and sea salt. The formula is alcohol-free, making it safe on wool, silk, and other delicates that can't handle a wash every time they're worn. It's built for the gap between laundry days: a sweater pulled back out of a drawer, a jacket between dry-cleaning trips, a suitcase's worth of clothes that still smell like the trip.
