Mixing ancient Japanese techniques with the process of distilling bourbon, Bourbon Barrel Foods is putting a Kentucky twist on brewing soy sauce. The condiment is made in small batches with Kentucky-grown soybeans and limestone-filtered Kentucky spring water, which is then aged in a bourbon barrel.
