Banksy has sent out his annual Christmas card. His follow-up to Season's Greetings — a child catching ash snowflakes on his tongue that was painted on the side of a garage in South Whales — draws attention to the homeless in Birmingham with a couple of reindeer pulling a park bench sleigh.
