On the island of Bocas Del Toro in Panama, Robert Bezeau is hoping to reduce discarded plastic bottles by using them in the construction of a village. Robert has collected over 1 million bottles, and a two-story home can use as many as 15,000 of them as insulation. MEL Films talks with Robert about his vision and follows a couple about to move into their first plastic bottle home.
