Several of the short stories have been adapted for the screen over the years, most notably as 1992's Candyman. Hulu's Books Of Blood takes a slightly different approach, wrapping several of the tales into a single film, with the story "The Book of Blood" acting as an overall frame. The film premieres on the streaming service on October 7th, just in time for Halloween.
