The six episodes will continue Phase 5 and follow S.H.I.E.L.D. agents after shapeshifting aliens known as the Skrulls land on Earth. Ben Mendelsohn, Cobie Smulders, Martin Freeman, and Don Cheadle return to the franchise, while Emilia Clarke and Olivia Coleman join the MCU. Secret Invasion premieres in early 2023.
