An all-star cast line-up, including Jackie Chan, Seth Rogen, John Cena, Hannibal Buress, Rose Byrne, Ice Cube, Post Malone, Ayo Edebiri, Paul Rudd, and Maya Rudolph make up the voice cast, while newcomers Nicolas Cantu, Micah Abbey, Shamon Brown Jr, and Brady Noon voice the turtles.
