The Other Side of the Wind

Jake Hannaford is past his prime as a Hollywood director. Returning from years living abroad in Europe, Jake is back in LA to resurrect his dying career with a film that has all the sex and violence Hollywood's young customers want. But making a comeback isn't as easy as what the "Ernest Hemmingway" of the silver screen thinks. Directed by the legendary Orson Welles from 1970 to 1976, The Other Side of the Wind stars director John Huston in Welles' rumination of the passing of the Golden Age of Hollywood and the New Hollywood directors that were coming to the fore in the 70s.
