In an alternate history where the assassination of John F. Kennedy never happened, the final blow of a cosmic boxing match causes 43 women to become pregnant and give birth the same day. Six of these miracle children are adopted by Sir Reginald Hargreeves, aka The Monacle, aka an alien living under the guise of a successful businessman. Together they form the Umbrella Academy, a group of superheroes that can barely keep it together to save the world. The adaptation of Gerard Way's hit comic series comes to Netflix February 15, 2019.
