Wolves First Run Whiskey

It turns out the skills of streetwear designers Jon Buscemi and James Bond aren't just limited to apparel. The pair have teamed up to tackle the world of spirits with the launch of their bespoke California whiskey brand: Wolves. The company's first release was double distilled using a rare Alambic pot still imported from Cognac, France, and is a blend of the distillate from a Stout beer that was then aged for 8 years in French oak — the distillate of a Pilsner beer which aged in American Oak for 5 years — and a spicy Rye whiskey that helps round out the finish. Only 898 bottles of First Run exist, and each one is wrapped in hand-cut Italian sheepskin leather that is embossed, printed with UV light, and laid flush to the glass by hand.
