American Express is opening a flagship Centurion Lounge in Terminal 4 at John F. Kennedy Airport in New York. Along with an Equinox Body Lab, the two-story space will also include a speakeasy bar. The establishment pays homage to the year the company was founded with its name, 1850. Its design will be influenced by traditional Prohibition details and feature elements taken from New York's cultural landmarks. As far as the menu, the offerings will consist of classic and custom cocktails create by seasoned mixologist Jim Meehan and dishes curated by Chef Ignacio Mattos.
