1967 Maserati Mistral 4000 Coupe
The Maserati Mistral was a two-seat gran tourism introduced at the 1963 Turin Motor Show as a replacement for the 3500GT. Power came from a 4.0-liter version of Maserati's legendary twin-spark inline-six, developed from the engine that took the F1 World Championship in 1957 with Juan Manguel Fangio behind the wheel. This 1967 Mistral crossed the Atlantic in 2015 with the current owner purchasing it a year later. The car underwent a restoration by Mistral Classics of Belgium and was completed in 2022. An underrated GT, this car has a Maserati Classiche Certification of Authenticity, Maserati Historical Information and Technical Aesthetic Characteristics certificates, factory documentation and restoration photos. It is currently up for auction on Bring a Trailer.
