1971 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 SUV

Working on a project car can be fun — and an exercise in frustration. Sometimes it's better to let someone else do all the work and just enjoy the rewards, and this 1971 Toyota FJ40 is a perfect example. Built to be driven, the FJ40 comes equipped with Old Man Emu lift kit and BF Goodrich tires on steel wheels. The legendary 3.9-liter 1F inline-six has been completely rebuilt and a new Weber carburetor installed, and the body and frame were stripped to bare metal before repainting. The interior has a spray-in liner and marine carpeting along with aftermarket sport-style bucket seats. With all the work that has gone into it, this Land Cruiser is ready for the next adventure.
