The first-generation Ford GT has become a modern masterpiece, with values skyrocketing in recent years. Just over 4,000 were made, and each time one comes up for sale, there's sure to be more than a few well-heeled prospective buyers. This 2005 Ford GT is even more desirable, being just one of four Merkury cars modified under the supervision of Camilo Pardo, the chief designer of the concept and original production versions. The car is painted in chemically bonded Mirrachrome that took over a year to complete along with fluorescent Gulf livery that recalls the GT40 cars that raced at Daytona and Sebring. A second-generation supercharger and cold air intake boost power to 750 at the rear wheels, and other upgrades include HRE center lock wheels. Fully documented and showing just 4,000 miles, this Ford GT is unlike any other on the market.
