2022 Cadillac CT4-V & CT5-V Blackwing Sedans
When Cadillac phased out the ATS and CTS in 2019, it also said goodbye to the BMW M- and Mercedes-AMG-fighting performance variants of those models. For 2022, they're introducing their successors. The CT4-V Blackwing is the smaller of the two and powered by a 3.6L Twin-Turbo V6 good for 472 hp, a 0-60 time of 3.8 seconds, and a top speed of 189 mph. The larger CT5-V Blackwing has a hand-built 6.2L supercharged V8 producing 668 hp, making it the most powerful production Cadillac ever and giving it the ability to hit 200 mph on the top end and sprint to 60 mph in 3.7 seconds. Both models come with a six-speed manual standard (a 10-speed automatic is also available), as well as advanced suspension components and Magnetic Ride Control 4.0, Brembo brakes, and available creature comforts like an AKG premium audio system, high-performance front seats, and LED lighting.
